I work with nonprofit CEOs, executive directors, and boards navigating leadership transitions, organizational strain, and the decisions that don't show up in any strategic plan. My guidance is confidential, direct, and grounded in having actually run a nonprofit organization for decades — not just advised one from outside.

What makes that guidance different is the lens I bring to it: I'm also a licensed therapist, so I read organizational dynamics the way I read individual psychology — and I'm a writer and artist, which keeps me fluent in the kind of narrative and human complexity that spreadsheets don't capture. Most consultants have one of these lenses. Few have all three.
